I go once a week for an adjustment and it's always the highlight of my entire week. Everyone is amazingly friendly and helpful, and they really put the effort in to get to know everyone that comes in. Dr. Spencer works with my hypermobility and is gentle when putting my shoulders and ribs back in place. I highly recommend anyone to come in for regular adjustments! 🦴💀🖤
