On 11/19, I called and provided all of my information to schedule an appointment for today, the 21st. I never received a confirmation, and I couldn’t remember whether the appointment was at 10:00 or 10:15, so I called to verify. When I did, I was told there was no appointment for me in the system. I’m not sure why I was given an appointment time if it was never actually scheduled, but it is extremely disappointing, especially when someone is reaching out for help.
I felt listened to and she was very sweet, caring and has a lot of knowledge. I’m so thankful I have found her. I look forward to future sessions with her!
I have had an amazing experience with loving care! Dr. Adeline is hands down the best psychiatrist i’ve had. She is so responsive and has made the process of taking care of my mental health so smooth and supportive. She truly takes into account what i have to say and is very coordinated with me when it comes to making decisions on my treatment plan.
