The staff is very friendly and I love Dr. Gilkison.
I have a 12 yr old pug with many problems, complications and meds. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and Dr. G. They have been excellent. They have, at times, squeezed my guy in for emergency visits, tests and meds. So as the other reviewer stated...that they were late...I'm sure they were doing their best. Stanley has been seeing Dr.G for about 6 years now. She genuinely cares about him and he trusts her. Those two things alone mean so much to us that his care is one of the few things I lose sleep over. Very happy to be using this facility and intend to continue to do so.
We took our dogs here last August (2013) for their yearly physical and immunizations and were treated poorly. Not only were they extremely late to see us (45 minutes after our appointment time) but we were put in a room that had several cremations of other peoples beloved pets. Our dogs also got fleas shortly after their visit and we believe they got them from the animal hospital as that it the only place we take them other than our home and none of our other pets got any.
