Loving Arms is exactly that. The staff is warm, caring and comforting. They assist with mobility, meals, laundry and other daily activities. They go above and beyond accommodating shifts that were not previously scheduled when emergencies arise. The schedulers are nice to work with, and the financial portion was easy to set up. I am so thankful to everyone at Loving Arms Elder Care!

We used Loving Arms for two family members and couldn't have had a better experience. The owner Aimee always went above and beyond to ensure my family had quality care and safe/effective measures were in place. I was pleasantly surprised how involved she was throughout the process (over a year and a half of care provided), and don't think other companies would have gone to the same lengths that Aimee did (based on discussions with multiple other agencies). The employer was so rude and discriminating during hiring process. Aimee Read needs to be fired. I called Diane and they had no empathy for the way I was treated. My grandmother is a client and Diane is worried about who my grandmother is more than how I was treated.

My mother was with Loving Arms for over 8 years. Her care was excellent. The caregivers were loving & supportive . They provided not only attentive care, but friendship as well. Aimee, the owner was always available by phone. Aimee, offered support & guidance whenever it was needed day or night. Aimee & her staff went above & beyond in caring for & loving my mom.
