Very good attorney... Rik helped me immensely with my divorce and didn't nickel and dime me over every call, etc. Quite reasonable for a basic divorce and they also refund any part of your retainer that you don't use. Not a lot of firms do that. Very professional staff and nice offices. I was fortunate that I didn't end up in court, but my unsersatnding is that he's a real go-getter in that arena as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Lovett & Associates.

Does not work smart I would NOT recommend Rik Lovett. He often does not know what is going on in his cases. He answers e-mails and charges for them after his paralegals have already handled the issues addressed in the e-mails. He is very charismatic in court, but his fees are outrageous and he does not work smart. I often felt that he sent e-mails about things just to rack up billable time. I think your money could be spent more wisely on a different attorney.
