Top Notch Rik went into court with me twice and won both times defending me against 2 different high profile law firms that were suing me for property in an equitable distribution case. He blew them away both times! Rik is an independent, but he's so much better than the big time firms it's not even funny! Rik was so well prepared each time in court. Rik exposed to the judge that the plaintiff and her opposing lawyers were both money grubbers. Rik is highly ethical and always recommends what's best for the circumstances.

Very good attorney... Rik helped me immensely with my divorce and didn't nickel and dime me over every call, etc. Quite reasonable for a basic divorce and they also refund any part of your retainer that you don't use. Not a lot of firms do that. Very professional staff and nice offices. I was fortunate that I didn't end up in court, but my unsersatnding is that he's a real go-getter in that arena as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Lovett & Associates.
great divorce lawyer! He actually tries to see if you can save the marriage which may be the best thing for the family. He helped me get more than ample time with my son w/o having to spend a lot of time in court. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.
