DO NOT GO HERE! My 13 year old daughter had an appointment today to have 2 teeth extracted today and was going to be fully sedated. I went in 2 days prior to go over pre-op instructions and to make sure they got their money. Paid in full for the procedure. I felt uneasy about the place right away but with our insurance it was a huge hassle to even get to this point. We arrived this morning and greeted with a "have a seat." No "good morning" or "hello." Trust the negative reviews. I should have done that first. DON’T GO HERE! I read from others that they try to make you get extra treatments. They did the same to me. For decades, all I have ever needed was a regular teeth cleaning. A slovenly dentist came in, spoke to me from behind without showing his face, and didn’t even have the courtesy to introduce himself to me (or my wife in the next appointment) before looking at my teeth. Trust the negative reviews. I should have trusted the negative reviews. I just wanted a regular teeth cleaning. After taking several xrays, and retaking more xrays because the technician was just hired off the street, and did not have a clue what she was doing. I told them I just wanted a regular teeth cleaning, as I do every 6 months, fully paid by the insurance. This place was a God-send!! I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and I needed a tooth pulled - one I’ve been putting off for a long time. I finally went and they were wonderful!! Dr. Pressley was professional and did a wonderful job. The staff (Elsa and Monica) soothed my fears and helped me through it - and it was easy and just a pleasure! I was so happy and relieved! I’m sticking with them!!
