Very poor customer service. I completed all paperwork for insurance confirmation 3 weeks in advance of my appt. I tried calling to confirm all was OK. They never answered the phone or called back. The day of the appt. I showed up and they did not accept the ins. and they had been out of the office so no callback. I would not recommend Lovett Dental..

In May 2018, I had an appointment at Lovett Dental Pearland with Dr. Anita Knox and she did a good job installing a new crown, but a month later I attended a new appointment to do a regular cleaning and it could not be done because the dental assistant was not in office and I lost my time. Yesterday, April 23, 2019, had a new appointment for regular cleaning and I was told by the same dental assistant that I needed a new x-ray and a deep cleaning. Great management ,doctor,and staff!!!! Take many insurance plans.They explain the treatment well. Would recommend the Zirconia crown.

They provide great customer service! It feels good to go to an appointment and actually see familiar faces throughout the office. There are times you go to dental appointments and see nothing but new faces everytime you go, but not at this location. They are friendly and very polite. The hygienist likes to keep the customers laughing, great sense of humor!! I can appreciate a work environment where you can tell the employees enjoy what they do, they operate as a tream and they value their customers.

I have to agree with what is already posted here. As a physician, i became very uncomfortable when I had to "see the office manager", Larry, before i could get my teeth cleaned. i have dental insurance but was told the total fees for "deep cleaning" my teeth would be over $700! This includes $40x4 for "antibiotic irrigation" per quadrant. I indeed felt like I was haggling with a used car salesman - not a dental healthcare professional. This place suck! They waited 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to say the dentist is not in. They could have called early. I requested half the day off from work for this appointment. Money doesn't grow on trees. I give them 0 star but had to give 1 as required by rating.

Dentist Amy Tran is the most unfriendly dentist I've ever seen. She doesn't smile, doesn't talk, not even care to explain to you about your teeth or maybe good dental care in general. She cleaned my teeth one time, and the experience was really bad. What shocked me was how rough she could be in doing the job! She put her finger in my mouth to pull it wider for examining my teeth, but the way she did it was like trying to tear something apart with force, which made me very nervous. Oh my God!
