Very poor customer service. I completed all paperwork for insurance confirmation 3 weeks in advance of my appt. I tried calling to confirm all was OK. They never answered the phone or called back. The day of the appt. I showed up and they did not accept the ins. and they had been out of the office so no callback. I would not recommend Lovett Dental..
In May 2018, I had an appointment at Lovett Dental Pearland with Dr. Anita Knox and she did a good job installing a new crown, but a month later I attended a new appointment to do a regular cleaning and it could not be done because the dental assistant was not in office and I lost my time. Yesterday, April 23, 2019, had a new appointment for regular cleaning and I was told by the same dental assistant that I needed a new x-ray and a deep cleaning.
