Took my kids here the entire office smells of gas in the morning because touchy tacos the dentist had to prop the back door to get the smell out.... also the front office is so hot they have to bring a fan in to blow cool air from the back there is no shade or tinting to keep it cool
Bad, bad, bad! I had an appointment at 10 a.m. I didn't go inside until an hour later. Be prepared to wait forever, even with an appointment. They collect your payment first, so if you want to leave, you can't because you've already paid for the visit. They are my primary care provider through my dental insurance, but I ended up paying $20 because there is a $12 visit fee. Although my insurance says that regular checkups are free, this office charged me a deductible. Honestly, stay away! Look for a place that can be clearer ... read more
Walked in with a literal hole in the back of my mouth emergency. Wasn’t a patient but I am now. They saw me quickly and took care of me. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and calmed me down when I was freaking out. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend
The front staff was a bit rude upon entering but I guess I could move on from that. I came for a simple teeth cleaning. The doctor came in to do an exam on my teeth and basically just scoffed a bunch and made comments on how messed up my teeth are and how I’m “killing” them. The doctor leaves and next thing you know the receptionist is handing me a payment plan over $6,000 of work. They didn’t even try to explain why I needed 6K in work. 100% TOTAL SCAM! I paid for exam & cleaning special for my son back in May—it was on his way home for a weekend from school. Once he got home he immediately told me everything took less than 10 minutes..X-rays and cleaning. I called and asked to speak to a manager. She got on the phone and I explained what happened. Her response seemed genuinely sincere. She explained that she had been out of the office because that was the month her daughter passed away. I gave her my condolences and let her know I understand.
