Be very careful shopping here -- they will lie to you about what you are getting, then try to upcharge you to fix it. We went into the store, designed a couch, and ordered it. We were told they would assemble it (first untruth). It eventually was delivered, in boxes, not assembled. Whatever, I can blow a weekend day and build it -- frustrated but not end of world. Lauren was extremely helpful and kind. So glad to have had her assist me in my purchasing decision. Seeing the items and sizes in-store was incredibly beneficial and kept me from ordering something online that would have been WAY too big for my purposes. Update: I returned recently for another purchase and was assisted by Emmett who was equally as kind and helpful. Everything is still true about this store!
