I stopped at Love's Tire Repair with a simple flat tire. I was the first customer to arrive, and there were no other trucks waiting, yet it took more than 2 hours to deal with what should have been a quick and straightforward repair. What made the experience even more frustrating is that the repair wasn't actually fixed.
