I received excellent customer service! Sunday 10/12/25 pulled up at 10:00 p.m. they have a shift change at 11:00 p.m. but they pulled me right in and immediately replaced one of my trailer tires, thank you Loves for having this excellent crew of technicians
I came for an oil change, waited more than 4 hours, I do not recommend this place, a very terrible place, they go back and forth doing their own thing
Spare mount 7+ hours on top of that now a policy that driver has to take spare off rack from trailer, , they won't do it , or put one on belly rack of trailer, just wait till a driver hurts his back and sues loves , we had 15 spare mounts done last month within my company with 0 driver interaction with this so called policy this is one location that is on my avoid list , parking is ridiculous and customer satisfaction is horrible , DO BETTER LOVES!!!!
