The worst experience I have had in 30 years of driving
They got right at my flat immediately. I like that.
Severely understaffed. Very slow service. Techs seemed to get distracted easily and were prone to conversing with each other instead of concentrating on the job at hand. Office staff was friendly and apologetic for long wait
