Fantastic service with friendly, knowledgeable people. I was in/out with generator and mh oil change + tire checks in about 90 minutes, but that's only because I stayed around chatting for a bit. Highly recommended!
Stopped in today for my first time in about 9 months. Not sure if it is because Loves took them over or what but it was my worse Speedco visit ever. They didn’t check my air filters, coolant, my 3 boxes till I said something. Wait time was way too long. They didn’t wipe the excess grease off like they used to and left my hood all greasy with hand prints. I am a religious Speedco guy but won’t be back to this one till they get back to their old ways. Piss poor service Lied to me on the phone to get me to stop in Loves is goin ruion a good deal they had
Gotta say...they were on it! About 45mins in and out including being paid up. They went above and beyond for me. Even with the added headache of a new computer system due to the Loves takeover, they were upbeat courteous and doing everything they could to make it a smooth transaction for me. Thanks again. Definitely be back!
5 HRS FOR A OIL CHANGE THAT A PLACE HAS THE NAME WITH SPEED IN IT... NOT GOOD
