Fantastic work and service here. Needed a tow and found out I needed the starter replaced. I also needed a wheel bearing replaced and not only was it fairly priced, it was done quickly and the team communicated with me the entire time. Terry was a great technician and when an accident happened that broke my brake light, they replaced it at no cost to me. Cannot recommend these guys enough.
Absolutely awful customer service. I had to return to them because they broke my key fob. They made me wait 2 hours for programming and I was given excuses for the extensive wait. ( I was told 45 minutes when the appointment was set.) I was also blamed for not taking an earlier appointment. Yes.. you heard that right. They never offered anything extra for making me wait when I’m there because of you to begin with. NEWS FLASH…..It’s not my problem you booked an appointment during a mandatory employee meeting.
