Loves Home Health Care was contracted by my mother’s insurance company, Humana, to provide a PCA for my mother. First the owner/manager called me one day before they were to start to tell me she didn’t have anyone to send to my house. As if waited about 3 weeks for the service to begin, I wasn’t happy that she was now changing dates/times on me. A variety of “caregivers” were sent to us.
