The individualized attention, the fun exam rooms, the professional manner of all who work there, the short waiting times, and of course ... the fish! We are thrilled with Dr. Jay and the entire staff.
I've been seeing Dr. Jay and his partners since my daughter was born in 2011. What I like most about the practice is that they are excellent at knowing when I need to come in and when I can stay home and wait out an illness. I never have felt rushed at appointments, which was especially fantastic as a new mom. I recommend the practice regularly and now several friends also go there.
Dr. Jay is the BEST PREDIATRICIAN I've deal with in 18 years. Met him in 2008 and have been with him ever since... and will follow him where ever he goes. The love and attention he provides to the children is very comforting as a parent and the compassion follow up and follow thru is something I've never experienced with any pediatrician with my oldest prior to Dr. Jay.
