Integrative healing (IH) is a process of learning about yourself. And Lovelyn helps you along this journey. She is intuitive, empathetic, respectful, and makes you feel really comfortable at all times. I know some people aren't comfortable with verbally sharing what they think or feel, but rest assured, Lovelyn can also conduct IH even if you don't want to share anything verbally. I had an Integrated Healing Skype session with Lovelyn. She helped me set realistic goals and how I would be able to acknowledge them in my daily life, so it was easy for me to see the powerful effect on my every day life. I liked the convenience of a distant session because I could save time staying home or my office.
