I have been coming here for a year now. I have seen mostly Sam regularly and she is absolutely amazing. Meticulous with her work. I used to always have nails that broke or chipped. I have never had issues here and my manicures last..my nails underneather still feel healthy. The salon is clean and well managed. Kim at the front keeps things running smoothly. I honestly can't go anywhere else now.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such a horrific looking manicure. I had to pay before the colour was applied so there was nothing I could do. Utter disappointment. First and last time going here. Edit: What a pathetic and disappointing response by the salon. You very well do know who I am. I had an appointment on Friday July 11 at 3:30pm. Check your records. But sure, whatever helps you sleep at night.
