The older lady I had had a major attitude the whole time. She got mad when I told her the water for my pedicure was too hot. Then when she was removing my old polish and drilling my nails, it really hurt and she was rly forceful. I had to tell her it hurt multiple times, which I've never had it hurt before. She refused to listen to what color I wanted when I kept telling her 3 times and she did the wrong color.
