I’m usually very happy with my nails when I leave Lovely Nails, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. I booked an appointment online for August 11 at 10am on July 16, and the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, the technician I had specifically booked for my manicure saw my name and phone number on the schedule, but had another customer. I was asked to come back. Even if you make an appointment, they are never on time, service is slow, and the quality is inconsistent. A typical appointment shouldn’t take 3 hours, but they let walk ins jump in line and go ahead of people waiting for appointments. Disappointed and frustrated.
Terrible place to get waxed. The provider had no idea how to wax, she left several areas unwaxed and was extremely slow. I had to cut short my appointment and skip one of the services i wanted because of how bad the experience was! Do not recommend
For several years having a conveniently located nail salon, I am very satisfied with my pedicure experiences. The technicians are welcoming, tend to my requests, and I get to relax. What more can I ask for?
Sam was amazing!! Got my style in exactly as I desired. And customer service was top notch! Highly recommend
