I went to get a pedicure before a work event. My feet were put in lukewarm water for all of 4 minutes in the entirety of the session. They used one foot file for less than a minute on each foot, and then didn't smooth it afterwards, and then went straight to gel polish. The polish was streaky and rushed, going over my cuticles in spots. Then they lotioned my legs and rubbed it in for all of 2 minutes and put a hot towel on each leg for about 30 seconds each. Definitely the worst pedicure I've had. :(

I appreciate the service I receive from my nail technician during each visit, but I am often left feeling dissatisfied with the final results of my nails. This past Saturday, I received a full set, which is a departure from my usual fills. While the previous set was easily removed, I've noticed that a few of the newly applied nails are not straight, and the polish on most nails does not completely cover the sides.
