I went to this place with high expectations, but the experience was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. A man did my pedicure while a woman worked on my manicure at the same time. Both of them were speaking in their own language throughout the appointment, which in itself is not an issue. I was actually really upset this is the most unkid friendly I have ever seen a place. I brought my girls in to get pedicures with me and my sister and they ran water but they never came to them until we were completely done with our pedicures. They argued with me and I could have walked out not paying at all but they forced me to pay money to have my kids feet in the water when none of those chairs were even needing to be used. A few weeks ago I went to Jess and shared an idea of what I wanted and she pulled thru with something beautiful. This is the 2nd time I've been to Jess she did just as good the first time as well and really pulled it together
You call that a tip? Shame on you lady. My nails are so ugly and misshapen, not even cute try harder or go home full stop.
I used to love coming here and would drive 45 minutes one way to get my fills and pedicures. The last several experiences I’ve had have been less than ideal. My last pedicure was rushed and my toe nails were clipped on the sides for some reason creating a very uncomfortable grow back. Then, yesterday I went for a fill and the acrylic is SO THICK my nails look almost comical.
