Tools weren't sterilized. Shortly after moving to the area (2014), I decided to treat myself to my very first pedicure and polish. It was great! I returned about every 3-4 weeks for maybe 6 or 7 visits. The tech was polite but the salon appeared a little unclean. I figured I was just being fussy.
