One star is too many. I called around lunchtime on a Monday to see if they had availability that week for a manicure. The woman I spoke to said I could walk in at any time. As soon as I got out of work, I went to the salon. It was about 6:00 p.m. A different woman (who spoke much better English) asked if I had an appointment and I told her what someone told me earlier that day. I have short nails and had to literally get loud with the tech bc she kept insisting on extensions. She finally said okay, I sat down and she got out her extensions anyway and tried to just do it. I don’t care what the employees like, I am paying and want my nails done the way I want them done. No respect for customers and their wishes. Then she finally did the dip I wanted but instead of doing color dip she did clear dip and painted over top of them. The paint was chipping within 2 days. Never again going back

Got me in right away but got me out right away too. My feet are still covered in dead skin poor service
