Worst feeling ever, I took my wife to get her nails and not even 60 seconds in they inform us that they have no time. We arrive at 2:00pm and they close at 5:00pm. Yet again chairs are open for customers and they have workers and not even full with customers. I hoping I’m wrong but this is the first time I ever felt discriminated against. Never will I step foot in this nail salon again. The crazy part that I didn’t go for me I went for my wife.

Extremely unethical and rude behavior by the viet guy. They treat my like garbage if they continue to treat people very rude harassing them they wont be in business for long..

first time here they were very thorough and gentle and removed my calluses as well they took there time not like sone places they want to hurry and finish defenetly will be back! Thank you again

I always look forward to having a manicure & pedicure at Lovely Nails in Upland. Most of the staff is family. They treat their customers like family also. They are aware of my needs since I have arthritis, etc. and go out of their way to accomodate me every visit. I have been going there for more than 8 years & have no reason or desire to go anywhere else.
