Madeleine was absolutely fantastic during my dress shopping experience! She was thoughtful, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. She also brought a very calm presence to the appointment. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Madeleine has been absolutely AMAZING & incredible to work with!!!!! From my 1.5 hour appointment to purchasing my dress to communication with the designer for add ons, she has been so helpful and supportive and kind the entire time!!! I am so grateful for all her help and hard work to make sure I had the best experience and got everything I needed!!! My dress is perfect for me and I am so excited to see the final result in July and then wear it on my wedding day!!! I am a BIG lovely bride fan!!!

I LOVED this place and I found my dress here!! Lauren was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I really felt like she listened to my likes and dislikes which I really really appreciated. They also had dresses waiting for me to try on that I favorited on the portal before I even walked in the door which was amazing!! I cannot recommend this place or Lauren enough if you are dress shopping
I loved my experience with Madelene! She was very patient, flexible and polite. I came in the store for a specific gown and ended up with a very similar style that Madeleine recommended. I loved that Lovely Bride has all the gowns online so it was very helpful to see them before hand. My only recommendation to the owner would be to have newer samples as some of the dresses I tried weren’t in great condition.
