I had waited until the last minute to order a veil for my early May wedding, as I just hadn't found one I liked yet. However, once I did find the one, I placed a rush order with Lovely Bride to have the veil made and shipped from New Zealand. The entire process was SO easy, the communication was fast (even sending emails on days they were closed) and the veil arrived with time to spare. Top notch customer service!
I bought my wedding dress here and had a great experience! They were able to show me the dress I specifically came in to see, as well as some others on the same vibe just so I felt like I covered my bases before committing to The One! The staff were super friendly, and the ordering process was simple.
Staff was very pleasant facility was clean however the private room that we had was very small, but we were able to walk down the hall to use the main store and it’s mirrors when needed.
I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride! They have so many gorgeous dresses, but I was on the hunt for one that was a new release by a designer they carry, and they went above and beyond to get a sample in just for my appointment. River was so amazing and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!
