I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this boutique. The sales rep that we worked with made trying dresses on here an awful experience - she never introduced herself so I don’t even know her name, she asked the bride absolutely zero questions about her engagement / fiancé / wedding except for the wedding date (which she then used to create a false sense of urgency in buying a dress even though the wedding is 15 MONTHS away), she did not offer the guests or bride champagne even though that was included in the cost of the appointment. Go literally anywhere else. They ruined my financé’s entire dress experience. After custom ordering a dress, my fiancé went to pick it up 7 months later, two months before the wedding, when it was ready. It was the wrong dress - cut incorrectly, an entirely different material and color. Laughable product compared to what she ordered. They insisted it was the same, despite hoarded of friends, family, and dressmakers unequivocally confirming it was not. Caitlin was a great stylist! She was a great listener, made me feel comfortable, and she suggested some great options too. The dresses at Lovely Bride are beautiful and they have a great inventory.
We had the worst experience. Started off by charging for another guest, which was told to the bride. All the dresses were dirty, ripped or they didn’t have the dresses available that were picked prior to the appointment. Interaction with the bridal shop employee was horrible
I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride with Caitlin! While I didn’t end up finding my dress here, Caitlin helped me narrow down my style and showed me some truly beautiful gowns. Their inventory is great and the space is beautiful!
