We were rescued from a potential bridal gown mishap! Caitlin, from DC Lovely Bride, sprang into action when the buttons for the back of my daughter's gown were misplaced by the seamstress who was doing the alterations. Caitlin was sympathetic, calming, and efficient! She located buttons from the Dallas store, which were sent to us, and the problem was solved. She allayed our fears and saved the day! My parents and I had a wonderful experience here with Caitlin. I’m not really your traditional bride and don’t love shopping. I also didn’t have a great idea of what I wanted. Caitlin did a great job helping me figure that out - pretty much every dress she pulled I would’ve been happy walking down the aisle in. I would highly recommend this place even if you don’t love the dresses you see on their website - their stuff looks way better on/on the rack!
I got my dress and veil at lovely bride and had a great experience. All the associates were kind and super helpful. My only criticism is that it is NOT handicap accessible. This meant my parents were not able to come with me to find and see my dress. To access the store you need to be able to go up an entire flight of stairs.
Had the most amazing experience here! Came in uncertain, and Mychael pulled exactly what my daughter needed. They totally nailed it at every level.
Melissa and the whole Lovely Bride team were absolutely incredible. I went in with no idea what I wanted, and she did an amazing job of guiding me through the process. She made me feel confident and beautiful and adjusted to my style changes really well. I am not a big shopper, but the team made this fun and exciting for me, which really set the tone for my entire experience.
