I have never written a review in my life before but wanted to write one as my experience was truly exceptional at Lovely. Brynnli was the MOST AMAZING! She knows her stuff and was so helpful throughout the process. I visited 4 other bridal stores and this one was by far the best. Thank you Brynnli for helping me find my dream dress and making the process so easy and fun! My twin sister and mom loved the experience too so guests love it too!
Lovely bridal has been my first choice bridal shop since I found them on TikTok back in 2020 and I knew when the day came and I got engaged this was my first stop!!! Megan was so attentive and caring! She truly cared about my opinions and what I wanted for my dream wedding dress! She helped my day be extra special in finding the one!!
Honestly did not have the best experience here. I ended up getting my dress from Lovely Bride, but only because I liked the designer so much. I felt pretty rushed and not impressed with the customer service. The experience as a whole did not feel special, and my mom was pretty disappointed as well. I said I liked a dress and immediately the girl helping me was like “so this is the one?” I was taken back that all I said was “I like this one” and was being rushed to buy it.
