I went to this salon twice. The first time I had some concerns but the second time I had more concerns. The second time I noticed that Kami left a noticeable bleach spot on the back of my head, but she never said anything, a chunk of my hair where it was bleached burnt off at the root and I wasn’t informed, and bleach got on areas where it wasn’t supposed to get bleach. I had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere is very relaxing, the stylist I worked with (it’s been a few months and I don’t remember her name, sorry!) was very skilled and receptive to what I wanted. She absolutely killed my haircut and it has grown out beautifully, she really took into consideration my normal styling routine, as well as educating me on what she was doing to my hair and why, which is an experience I’ve never had before during a haircut. We had a great experience at Love + Light Hair Collective! I’ve been going to Marie for 10+ years, and she continues to be amazing. This time she worked with both me and my son, and she was so patient and kind—she made my son feel comfortable the whole time, which made the appointment easy and stress-free. We both loved how our hair turned out and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Marie!
