They scammed us and did Not use the correct shingles that were required for the Loveland City Code!!! Loveland required Class 4 shingles as of June 2022. Our roof was installed Nov. 2022 with Class 3!!
I appreciate their willingness to help me track down a shingle type for the new owner of a roof they completed a number of years ago. As a fellow roofer, it's nice to see folks willing to help each other out.
To start, I am an engineer and am very detailed oriented. Discovered Logan and Loveland Roofing who was replacing a neighbor’s roof. I watched him and his crew meticulously install the roof. I would never accept anyone to do a major installation and I have had Logan and Loveland Roofing install 4! Four Roofs for me without an issue and it has been 5 years since install. I would highly recommend Loveland Roofing too anyone who needs this type of service. Their commitment to provide quality care and craftsmenship to our home far exceeded our expectatios. If you need work done to your roof, you wont go wrong with them.
Just want to say that Logan and his team did a fantastic job on my roof replacement after the hail storm came through loveland in 2024. Scheduling, material delivery, installation, and cleanup all went great, no issues. I would highly recommend using them if you get a chance!
