this is no longer a local paper. If you need customer service be ready to talk to someone in a foreign country that could care less about you. I cancelled my service 8 months ago. Was told all was fine, paid in full, see ya. Now suddenly they tell me I owe them money. Isn't that handy. Yet no one can tell me why. The so called customer service people are trained to say certain things and no more. And, dont ask for a supervisor. They are conveniently in meetings . Every. Single. Time.

The delivery is the worst ever,we hav been getting home delivery since 2000 ,great service until about 8 years ago,no paper, paper out in the street(l have paper tube)reporter herald says call by 9am for redeliver......ur on hold till after 9,the stress was not worth it,so l cancelled.
Very little content. Very little local content. Delivery service is inconsistent to non- existent.
