Actually you need have a customer service department that does what it says it will do - I was to talk to a supervisor (after 25 minutes on hold to talk to an agent) and was assured (by Kyle) the supervisor would talk to me immediately - whereupon I was put on hold again and after another 37 minutes on hold I hung up! Really?? That is customer service?? You should be ashamed!
It costs to much for what you get.If you post it on the internet then it should be free. I had the pleasure of delivering the RH back in the day and you got a paper you could count on. You have made me hang my head in shame at what you call a paper. Thank You for letting your town down and the people that live here.

it use to be free to view on Facebook. now that they charge for it, and don't proofread the article's I won't pay a dime for it.

actually deliver the paper on a consistent basis!! The paper is ridiculously expensive, and we rarely receive it without calling to complain. How about covering our local athletes, from LOVELANDS perspective!! The article about TVHS tennis was directly from the Boulder camera, and all about their players! This paper is getting worse every day, it's only a matter of time until you won't have to worry about hiring anyone to produce articles etc..as you will no longer exist!
Deliver the paper every day early and not hit or miss. Sometimes it is delivered around nine or ten sometimes not at all.
