Amazing staff, they were really patient and caring with my daughter.
Fantastic place to go! Highly recommend and will take my family there.
The staff was rude. Treated us horribly when my daughter had issues with her glasses. They give you a terrible selection of glasses if you are on state. My kids have regular insurance and state insurance second seeing I am a single mom and their staff was horrible to work with and the glass were cheap! Said they would give us another pair and never called to say they were in. As far as the Dr Loveland, I left a number of messages to complain about her staff and she never returned my calls. The most thorough exam I have ever had and I have been going to eye dr's my entire life, the staff is extremely professional and never felt hurried as I tried on many pairs of frames to find the ones I liked best
