So I've been calling for over a month now, I've left messages and no call back. Today I tried 7 times, each time the call got answered and no one said anything, and the call was disconnected. Does anyone know how to call people back? Do they not know how to talk when they answer the phone? Getting irritated with this place....

Here is the problem. The patient is asked to fill out paperwork that Front Desk staff, and even the doctors don’t even understand or know what’s on.It I’m given a packet and asked to sign stating that I have been briefed on the Incisent Management System and Patients rights and they are no where to be found. Healthcare these days want patiets to sign away all their righrs and then nobody can explain to you what you’re signing when you ask questions. Very frustrating.

I was very pleased and comfortable with the team at the Lovelace UNM Physical Rehabilitation in Rio Rancho. The Therapists are very knowledgeable and understanding of the challenges that the patient may be experiencing. They provide helpful advice to assist in making your treatment more successful.
