High tea is available in splendid varieties and if you fancy the teapot your Earl Grey came in, it is available for sale.

While in San Francisco last week, my husband, sister-in-law, and myself, were treated like royalty when we had the "Queen's Tea". We enjoyed every bite. My sister-in-law had never experienced a "high tea". She enjoyed it so much she is planning to take her granddaughter to Loyejoy's and introduce her to an English tea. Thanks so much for the afternoon spent with you.
I have been going there for 15 years at least . Everyone should have that experience once. You will be hooked . I introduced my grandchildren since they were little.They love it it's one of their favorite places to go. We've had baby showers bridal showers birthday parties. If I can give more stars I would!
Every time I visit my best friend in San Fran, our first stop is always Lovejoys! We catch up over our favorite teas and a delicious variety of sandwiches. I love that you can pick and choose your sandwiches, which is not usually an option at other tea houses I've been to. Your scones and desserts are also quite yummy. If you live in San Fran, treat yourself to regular teas at Lovejoys (I'm jealous). If you're just visiting, add it to your itinerary for a special treat.
This place is like a dream come true. I felt like I was in Alice in Wonderland having the tea party. The tea, fruits, scones, cheese, hot chocolate and many more were delicious. I went with my sons and they love the scones and toasts. I would definitely come back next time I'm in town!
Lovejoy's is a charming escape for a "time out." In a lovely and unique atmosphere you can relax with a delicious pot of tea and a wide variety of sandwiches and pastries. It's like going to a dear friend's home for a sweet visit. Comfortable and charming. Mary Costello
