unprofessional The "counseling" staff are nothing but lies. If you ask the wrong question they become offended and tell you that you may be better off at another clinic. At first they will tell u what u want to hear and then change it. And if u disagree they call u the liar. Office and counseling staff are completely unprofessional, uncaring and liars. They will respect your right to be fully informed and treat you with the kindness, patience, respect and compassion that you need and deserve at this difficult juncture in your life. good I had a minor surgery at Lovejoy and it went very well. The staff was nice and they explained things very well. They were good since my doctor referred me to them for the surgery.
