I want to start this off by saying, I have never left a negative review in my life but I would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience. We placed a deposit of $5,000 with clear terms in our agreement. After committing, the price of the home was raised several times, which was never mentioned in advance. We were under the impression that the price we signed for would be the total for everything. That is not how they operate. When trying to purchase a prefabricated home from LoveJoy Homes. It was contingent that I could purchase land for the home to be placed. Lance was very aware of this. Could not get the land purchased. Went to LoveJoy (Lance) to get my deposit back. Hand not ordered a home. Again it was all contingent on land purchase. He would not refund the 5k. I love my house and Lance was wonderful to work with. He knew what I needed before I could even ask. I would purchase another home with him.
Can't stress enough how helpful and understanding this company has been to me. I wasn't a customer but was having issues finding information regarding my mobile home I was having moved. They took the time out of there busy schedule to make sure my questions were answered knowing I wasn't doing any business with them I was left with a refreshed piece of mind after several phone calls back and forth.
