We had a very disappointing experience with Lovejoy Manufactured and Modular Homes. The overall quality of work was poor, and it felt like corners were cut throughout the process. One of the biggest issues was that the skirting on our home was never even fully finished. For such a major purchase, we expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. Really loved how I was treated by Lovejoy. Melissa and Lance were great to work with. My new home is great and all their contractors were very professional. Have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Thank you Lovejoy!!
I flew in from Louisiana on the weekend and booked an appointment, a month in advance, wanted to visit straight from airport to save time, drove an hour, to find they were closed! No answer to phones! I got an apology call Tuesday, saying they were sorry that they missed my appointment yesterday, no ma'am my appointment was Saturday. 😕 Have not heard from them again.
I want to start this off by saying, I have never left a negative review in my life but I would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience. We placed a deposit of $5,000 with clear terms in our agreement. After committing, the price of the home was raised several times, which was never mentioned in advance. We were under the impression that the price we signed for would be the total for everything. That is not how they operate.
