We had an appointment with them to look at homes and the gal we scheduled with was off with another customer, and didnt honor our appointment. After waiting, Lance took us around himself. We had a very disappointing experience with Lovejoy Manufactured and Modular Homes. The overall quality of work was poor, and it felt like corners were cut throughout the process. One of the biggest issues was that the skirting on our home was never even fully finished. For such a major purchase, we expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. If I could give these people 0/5 stars I would. Upon first encounter things got exceptionally well. Everything following is a complete DISASTER. Melissa, specifically, lacks true customer service and care. Never taking responsibility for the lacking. Never keep priorities straight. I will never suggest this place or her to anyone in search of a new home or true guidance on the process. She doesn’t respond for long periods of time, doesn’t send in information correctly. Mr Lovejoy reached out to help me on an issue I had with a different dealership. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would trust him to take care of me if I lived in the area.
Really loved how I was treated by Lovejoy. Melissa and Lance were great to work with. My new home is great and all their contractors were very professional. Have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Thank you Lovejoy!!
