I lucked out with finding Lark! She was my first therapist ever and helped me uncover and heal and understand so much in my life. I would still be going to her weekly if I hadn’t moved across the country. She is so patient, kind and really listens to you. Lark is one of those therapists that doesn’t read from a list of questions and check boxes. She’s warm and empathizes. From what I’ve heard from my friends, that’s a rare quality to find. I’m thankful for the impact she made in my life and I highly recommend her!
