I see why this person needs Groupons to run her business. I wasn’t even able to schedule an appointment with her because I couldn’t even get a word out. She’s unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I guess I sounded like a child on the phone because I was shocked by the way in which she was speaking to me. Referring to someone as “sassy” when giving a consultation is an interesting decision. I had a great Brazilian wax experience with Christina. She was very helpful throughout the entire process from booking through the end of the appointment. She made me feel very comfortable while she was waxing me. I felt significantly less pain and discomfort than I did during previous experiences at other studios. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy with my results. I would definitely recommend booking with her.
