I have been going here since 2019. It is a excellent place to get mental Health needs addressed. They are very hands on when it comes to your care. The Head Nurse and office Manage is caring and make sure your intake and services are tailored to you individual need. The doctors I have encountered are careful to listen to you and not just give you medication. I am a community leader for a large public housing area. i often refer the people i assist here because they do care about putting out good services to the entire city. go see for yourself. they are good at assigning you in finding good doctors and therapists to help you in your time of crisis. they could improve on maybe creating some support groups.
This is a good place to get medication, to a certain extent. My most generous interpretation of their patient care is as follows: Intake over the phone, schedule from the receptionist, phone call from a doctor, prescriptions for one month, maybe two if you have been in their care for a while. I’m at the gentleman working at the front desk for the first time in person making an appointment to move my first visit. While sitting there waiting for him to get off the phone, I experience this gentleman yelling at customers hanging the phone up on them and I’m like oh my Lord, why is this man his supervisor needs to come out so upon on me seeing the doctor I asked the doctor why do you have this receptionist working there being so disrespectful in route to customers I never got a Response.
