Hendrick comes to town, closes the quick lube and now you can’t get an oil change without an appointment?!? This doesn’t work for the blue collar crowd AT ALL!!!! Now you have an empty building sitting there and disgruntled customers. Good call management.
After months of issues with the engine and transmission GM sent me to this service shop. After a test drive with the shop forman and their transmission tech we think we found a contributing factor to the problems. One test drive, honest feedback and we may have a solution. As opposed to multiple trips to another dealer and no solutions. Great team here. Looking forward to driving the truck for the first time in months.
Ok , they said they check and adjusted the emergency brake , but the truck still move with the bake on. Will be going somewhere else that hopefully has competent mechanics.
I am Very disappointed Henrick has closed the Express Lube. wait time is longer and an oil changes is now $20.00 more.
