So despite the crazy lady that left the review below me and her daughter who have NO sense of human empathy and customer service my nails came out amazing! They were really attentive and considerate through all the yelling the daughter was doing and remaining professional to them both. I will be definitely coming back! The daughter told the lady to take off her nails and then started to yell at her again on why she took everything off, it was crazy. Overcharged my child. Continuously ask them for receipt and to prove why it cost so much but they are unwilling to provide one. It's not $200 to get your nails and feet done at the salon. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for fraud as well as the department that oversees nail salons in Florida. It's illegal to not get proper consent for charges and luckily the credit card company is more willing to work with me than these people who want to take $35 off after taking 5 hours to do literally nothing at all they ... read more

I love, love, LOVE this place. One thing I look for is how a nail tech shapes my nails as well as make suggestions best for my nails. I used to get an acrylic overlay but they suggested build a gel instead because its more durable. As an artist and art teacher my hands are always in some type of media and it can be hard on my nails and hands. This is way better for me since it lasts longer and keeps my natural nail safe. I went in for a pedicure and a manicure. Pedicure was okay. I still liked a color. They asked if I wanted gel, I told them no. I planned on changing my nail color in a few days. They gave me gel anyway so I had to wear the color I didn't want to because when I tried to take it off, the nail polish didn't work I did not have time to change it. With the manicure I told him only shape do not trim. He cut them almost to my finger tip
