I went for a manicure and waited probably an hour while others came after me and got service before I did. The woman doing manicures put the foil on to remove my gel and abandoned me and went and did someone else’s nails while I sat there for more than 30 minutes with that on. Then, a guy who had been doing pedicures finally came and gave me a very basic manicure. As soon as I got home, it was already messed up. Terrible job. It got the job done. They were not good about creating a relaxing environment and not very attentive.
So despite the crazy lady that left the review below me and her daughter who have NO sense of human empathy and customer service my nails came out amazing! They were really attentive and considerate through all the yelling the daughter was doing and remaining professional to them both. I will be definitely coming back! The daughter told the lady to take off her nails and then started to yell at her again on why she took everything off, it was crazy.
