I received a mediocre pedicure, which made me hesitant to try dip powder, so I opted for a manicure instead. Unfortunately, the manicure was just okay. There was a lack of care in the service, which is unacceptable. I wouldn’t return here even if I were paid. I travel to this area for work on occasion and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Told them I had 45 min to spare before work and he took 1hr and 45 min to complete my pedicure and it was so sloppy. Another male nail tech in the salon got so rude towards me when asked if he could plug up my charger while my nail tech finished my service and shooed me off. It’s just an overall poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in good faith. There’s like 3 in the same plaza, go elsewhere.

if you go here they do OK work on your nails but BRING CASH! And ask for the price before you pay or get your services. They change their prices to whatever they decide and when you pay with you credit card they try to make you pay a different price, pay a higher tip than you planned or they act like the payment isn’t going through and keep making you pay meanwhile you’re being charged by your bank for every transaction. Just be careful. I will not be returning.

I frequent this place off and on. While they are nice and quick, something was always off about the service. I went a few days ago for the first time in about 7 months and remembered why I tried other places. They are so rough! The guy (Andy) had the electric buffer turned up way too high and kept hitting my cuticles (painful). He also brought scorching hot acetone and kept pressuring me to soak my nails.
