Wow I been working for this company for almost 2 years and I gave up because of the work load because they are short stuff and you are required to work each and everyday without any excuse even you are sick. With in my 2 year stay with this company only 3 days I called out straight because I was sick. The case coordinator Juliet called and told me to return to work and I said Nooooo because I can't. I have worked over 30 years in the health and social services industry. I have never seen an owner that cares so much about the individuals that her company serves. She works long hours and relentlessly to secure the resources that her client's need in order to make them most comfortable. Often at her own expense. I have been in health care for 18 yrs and have never ran across a company like this.The employees are overworked and underplayed if they ever get mad at you they refuse to pay you
