Kelsey is our favorite groomer! Our dogs are always excited to arrive and come home smelling amazing.
We took our puppy there for his first grooming. He was happy and looked beautiful when we picked him up. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional - on the phone and in person. The prices and service going to be provided was explained and pick up time was just when they said it would be. Thank you to the owner Jackie and Izzie who groomed our puppy.
Terrible. I took my dog in and all the did was bath him and not even groom him. And they had him there ALL day. After going back and forth all day just trying to get him groomed they still charged me for the bathing I didn’t even ask for. Terrible customer service too.
I love going to Love my Pet in NB for Mateos grooming needs. The staff there is amazing and they know Mateo when we walk in� Not only do they do a wonderful job but they also allow some dogs to play with each other while they wait for their turn � If anyone is looking for a pet groomers I highly recommend this one � Mateo is a golden retriever, border collie mix so he has a ton of hair�
