HORRIBLE customer service! We've been going here for years and something has changed, maybe new ownership? They were rude from the beginning. Didnt understand a simple order and still messed it up. Had to go all the way back and they argued with me the entire time. I asked for some sort of compensation and they told me no. We've spent a lot of money over the years and this will be the last time. I would give zero stars if possible.
You guys should get a hold of the Kiezer location. And see what brand of sweet and sour sauce if they carry there because it is so much better than the packets that you guys offer I made the mistake of thinking that all love loves carried the same sauces. And was let down when I got my order at Lancaster but I had already ordered it and paid for and didn't want to inconvenience them but the sauce at the Keizer location Is much better than the sauce at the Lancaster location so if you're like me and you drove all the way acro... read more
