They take your rental application fee and head to the track to bet the ponies. Spent 150 I will never see again. Phone number goes to voicemail and emails go ignored. I am not sure they are “managing” any properties. They do manage a good fraudulent business of taking application fees and never responding .

I should have read these reviews instead of relying on the recommendation of a “good” friend. Not only have I lost a “good” friend who took commission from the company but I learned it the hard way going through the same bad experiences of the reviewers here. Ignore these reviews here at your own peril!

This company apparently leases property to large numbers of under qualified renters and allows them to pretty much do what they want. The property they "manage" in our neighborhood is overrun with a large rotating group of young adults with 6 to 8 obnoxiously loud cars who come and go at all hours, revving their engines to ensure our family neighborhood is no longer quiet or peaceful. Update April 6th 2024 Broker never signed contract So it was never valid. _________________________ March 2024 This is one of the oddest experiences of my life.
