I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. It is terrifying when a loved one is too ill to care for themself and you and your family are unable to take care of them. My mother had a stroke a month ago. We were referred to Tylene from a family member. The HCA are very friendly, and very helpful. Their good at what they do by making sure you feel better in the comfort of your home. They go above and beyond
Excellent care! I contracted with Tylene to pick me up post-surgery in Brunswick, Ga (she's in Jax), and drop me off at home. She made the trip, conversed with the medical staff on post-operative procedures, packed me into her vehicle and then waited as we dropped off a prescription. Then, on to my home. Very, very appreciative. She's compassionate and conscientious, highly recommend. Thank you Tylene, nice job! /Tim
