I can't tell you how happy I am for your sympathy and professionalism today in the care of my son's dog Rosie. I went in minutes before finding out my father and nephew were badly hurt in a car accident and all your staff was so helpful. Thank you for answering my questions and being so upfront about costs and services and great advice. There are a few staff members who are rude and outputting There's one who works the front desk that takes the cake. I try hard to respectful so I let it go. I think they should be aware of the fact people spend money here, my family has been doing so since they opened(longer than some of the staff has been alive) and were on the other side of the freeway next to the dealership. I love this place. We followed Dr. Guthrie to this clinic, but he retired last year. The lady doctor, I can't remeber her name, is wonderful also. She is so gentle with my babies and gives them treats to comfort them and they even turned my baby around so he could see me while they were examining him. The whole staff is so wonderful, all the nurses know my babies and take such great care with them. This is an A+ clinic.
